The Position

Carpenter Foreman

Taylor Homes is looking for a Carpenter Foreman. 

The pay range for this position is $20 - $25 per hour.

Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Experience in the Home Remodeling Field

  • Mechanical Skills – Knowledge of and ability to use a variety of hand tools, power tools and machinery

  • Attention to detail – Ability to be precise in each action that is taken throughout your time on the job site

  • Ability to read and implement construction processes based on blueprints, Architectural Drawings and 2020 layouts

 

Responsibilities:

  • Jobsite Prep and Clean Up – Pad and protect the jobsite prior to and during the jobsite.  Cleanliness is paramount

  • Demo – Remove existing trim, walls, flooring, plumbing and electrical as needed

  • Framing – Well versed on framing both non-load bearing and load bearing walls

    • Also will include ability to frame and build decks

  • Trim – Be able to properly install LVP flooring, trim, windows, doors, caulking, filling and close out work
